Tekkers have recently installed a new server and taken over IT Support from our incumbent supplier and wow! What a difference. There has been zero downtime during the changeover, and Tekkers handled all of the switch over themselves without us needing to get involved. The difference is like chalk and cheese. Their team respond quickly to even the smallest of queries with excellent communication, and nothing is too much to ask them. I would have no concerns at all about recommending them to anybody who was considering switching supplier.
Since Tekkers have taken over our IT Support at Bryan Jezeph Consultancy, issues seem to be becoming less and less common. The monitoring that they have in place ensures minor issues are fixed before we notice them and it’s very rare we need to pick up the phone to report a fault anymore, which is great. Mimecast gives us that extra security blanket for incoming emails, which makes us feel safer. If you were anything like me with a host of junk email appearing in your inbox on a daily basis and do not have the time to click unsubscribe, the install of Mimecast has given me the opportunity to decide whether to just block these emails outright before they even hit my inbox.
As our company expanded it was getting too difficult to maintain sufficient anti-virus protection across our network. All the staff at Tekkers were friendly and helpful and were able to remotely set up proper anti-virus across our network, with virtually no disruption to our day to day activities. Very smooth service, much appreciated.
We moved to the Tekkers hosted phone system when our previous VoIP phone system kept suffering outages. The old phones were outdated and difficult to make changes and upgrades to. The service since has been rock solid from day one; everything just works! The phones are really nice too, and I can easily make instant changes to the system. Fantastic!
