Our previous IT solutions supplier folded almost overnight, leaving us in a business critical situation. We approached ‘Tekkers’ and asked them to take us and our IT Infrastructure on for a three month period.   Irrespective of the risk, they agreed, and immediately went to work for us.  We have found the ‘Tekkers’ team to be thoroughly engaging, extremely helpful and ultra-efficient, so much so that amongst fierce competition, we have happily secured a longer term contract with them.

We had 60 PDA devices to be set up with email, tracker and diary software for our Operatives. Connor worked through them methodically resulted in the roll out this morning with minimal issues. Great support service! Thanks Connor!

We were due to replace our aging phone system and settled on a hosted VoIP system due to a number of benefits. The system has allowed us flexibility that our previous system just couldn’t provide. A second office or working from home is just a simple case of plugging in a handset and you’re instantly connected into our centralised system – allowing us to transfer calls seamlessly as if they were sat in the same office.

The Strategic Review was a great and worthwhile process to go through, which clearly identified the current state of play with our IT systems. We also had a detailed report informing us of areas that could be improved and a plan for implementing any changes across the coming months. The report also enabled us to plan the IT systems in line with our business development. All in all it was worthwhile and of great value to us.

Since Tekkers have taken over our IT Support at Bryan Jezeph Consultancy, issues seem to be becoming less and less common. The monitoring that they have in place ensures minor issues are fixed before we notice them and it’s very rare we need to pick up the phone to report a fault anymore, which is great. On the rare occasion that we do have an issue we have every confidence that it will be dealt with swiftly and professionally by the friendly team at Tekkers.

Tekkers recently migrated us to Office 365 from our existing on premise server. The project took roughly a week to complete, and there was lots of scheduling to work around with over 60 staff who are on the road constantly. Regardless, the migration was completed with no downtime and no impact on the business.

Tekkers carried out a Strategic Review for us as we dont have an in-house IT expert. It was carefully carried out and resulted in a clear and concise report with some sensible suggestions for how we could make various improvements. We have implemented most of these and will continue to talk to them about improving our systems over the coming months.
