Dynamic Edge and Tekkers is continuously monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 in order to be able to react to the dynamically changing situation at any time and to adapt our measures accordingly.

The health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners is our top priority and these measures are constantly updated, guided by current alerts and information from the World Health Organization (WHO).

Dynamic Edge/Tekkers has a dedicated team monitoring the UK Government’s national and international guidelines to contain the virus.

With these measures, Dynamic Edge/Tekkers is helping to protect its workforce, to interrupt chains of infection and to contain the spread of the pandemic.

Following the latest UK Government guidelines, Dynamic Edge/Tekkers offices across England will start to reopen from 1st June. Offices across Scotland will currently remain closed. Please contact our main number 0345 680 9660 if you need to arrange an office visit.

As has been the case throughout the pandemic all our staff are working from home or the office and are available to support our clients’ needs.

First, we want you to know that the safety and health of staff, clients, and partners is always a top priority at Dynamic Edge and Tekkers. As the coronavirus situation evolves, we are closely monitoring the messaging and recommendations from Scottish and U.K. public health officials, as well as those of the World Health Organisation.

As the impact of COVID-19 spreads across the UK, Dynamic Edge and Tekkers have asked its employees who can work from home to do so. Our business continuity plan has for a number of years been office agnostic. The use of cloud-based technologies and a remote toolset allows all staff and contractors to perform their roles fully from home.

We’d like to assure our clients that we will continue to deliver the same level of service remotely as we would if our staff were based in one of our UK offices.

We have taken the decision and agreed with our clients who have regular managed site visits to perform these visits remotely until further notice. This also includes project work where appropriate.

An internal strategy team has been created that includes managers from 4 of our UK locations. We meet on a daily basis and will update the blog status as events unfold.
